Sales Growth & Retention User Group

This results-focused user group is developed for sales teams in organizations wishing to grow and retain sales. Specific goals are to identify new customers and sales opportunities and increase and retain sales in their respective organizations, while maximizing profits. This user group pays back by tracking and delivering new and retained sales.

COST: $4,500/company (Up to three people from member company are encourage to participate; additional fee of $500/person for more than three participants)

DURATION: 10 sessions, 3-hours each, held every 4-6 weeks

TOPICS OF DISCUSSION

  • Identifying potential new clients/customers and volume- Identifying prospects

  • Engaging potential new clients/customers – Prospecting tools and techniques

  • Developing trusting relationships - Relationship selling and CRM systems

  • Understanding and developing needs, and advocating solutions - Counselor selling techniques

  • Supporting directions and decisions- Negotiations, closing deals, and support to ensure retention and
    future sales opportunities

MEMBER REQUIREMENTS

  • Each member shall host at least one meeting

  • Attend all meetings and interact during group discussions

  • Complete work projects as assigned
