INDUSTRY 4.0 ASSESSMENT
Technology for technology’s sake is useless. Fortunately, today’s Industry 4.0 technologies are proving themselves extremely valuable when applied to solve real-world manufacturing problems. That’s why State legislative and economic development leaders have prioritized Industry 4.0 for Michigan manufacturers, earmarking funds and tasking us with the goal of helping get 50% of MI manufacturers “Industry 4.0-Ready” by 2025.
We leverage state-sanctioned assessment tools, built in partnership with national manufacturing leaders, to evaluate your company’s current use of modern Operations and Information Technologies. Our 2-hour assessment consists of 40 quantitative and qualitative questions on items such as documented processes, standard work procedures and existing automation in your facility.
Each assessment is valued at $2,400 but is provided to our clients for free thanks to funding provided by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC).
